We make absolutely no compromise on the quality of food and purveyors in which we choose. When possible, Michigan farmed produce and products are always chosen.

We promise our guests that all of our steaks come from the highest quality corn fed cattle and that all of our seafood is delivered fresh daily. All of our angus burgers are always fresh and never frozen. Our pizzas are hand tossed--and our cheese blends are always of the highest quality. The menu features at Lyon Grill are continually changing and evolving so guests always have a large and varied variety to chose from. Our service is second to none and our warm and inviting restaurant with dark wood tones and natural stone accents will give you the ambiance for an unforgettable time. Meet Our


Executive Chef Valentino Palushaj was essentially born and raised in the back of a restaurant kitchen! More often than not with both of his parents working around the clock in their restaurants daycare was in the back of a restaurant kitchen for him. It was there that Chef Valentino developed a life long love and fondness for the restaurant business and food. Chef Valentino graduated with honors from Wayne State University in 2005. He is an avid outdoorsmen as well, spending his free time fishing northern Michigan’s pristine rivers and streams.
